My background

I qualified as a teacher in 2002 and enjoyed a long and fulfilling career in education, spending my final seven years as a Headteacher at a primary school in Brighton.

Originally from Bolton in Greater Manchester, I moved to London at 18 to study and begin my teaching journey, before eventually settling further south in Brighton & Hove. I’m a mum to two adult daughters, a proud Nana to our wonderful grandson, and I live close to the Hove seafront with my husband.

In 2022, I chose to follow my heart and retrain in massage therapy; a truly magical practice that supports wellbeing as well as physical, mental, and emotional health. In 2024, I expanded my training to include Reflexology, a deeply effective treatment that helps activate the body’s own healing processes.

I’ve created a calming, beautiful therapy space right on Hove seafront, designed to help you relax the moment you walk through the door so you can enjoy the full benefit of your treatment.

I’m committed to offering the highest standard of care and keep my training current and relevant. I am also voluntarily regulated and proud to be part of the Macmillan Volunteer Team at The Horizon Centre in Brighton, where you’ll find me every Wednesday providing complementary therapy to people living with cancer.
